Chronicle Hackathon is an online hackathon designed to bring together tech enthusiasts from across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region in a competitive yet inclusive environment. Teams will be tasked to creatively design and develop a prototype of their favourite consumer technology. The consumer technology must address itself as a solution for a particular problem or scenario, and can be anything such as a video game, digital assistant, interactive platform, educational application, computational software, and much more.
Eligibility
The Chronicle Hackathon is open to all students enrolled in Universities within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. Students must be currently undertaking an Undergraduate or Postgraduate (Masters or PhD) degree and will need to provide evidence of enrolment in their University.
Note that you do not need to be physically present in the ANZ region to partake in the Chronicle Hackathon. As long as you are enrolled into a University in the ANZ region and can provide evidence of enrolment, you are eligible to compete in the hackathon.
Requirements
Every team needs to submit a presentation of their product (Video/PowerPoint Presentation) as well as the link to github where all the code resides. If it's a video, keep in mind that you have to upload to a third party platform like Youtube and then you can post the link on Devpost. Submission Deadlines are very strict and submissions which are even one minute late won't be accepted so stay up-to-date with all the deadlines.
